Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized “dynastic” political parties on Tuesday for promoting “nepotism and corruption” in government job recruitment, stating that while such parties “looted” youth with their “rate cards” for various positions, his government is working to “safeguard” their bright future.
After disseminating appointment letters to over 70,000 people, he addressed the newly hired government employees and stated that dynastic parties had betrayed the youth by encouraging corruption and nepotism in the recruitment process. Previously, the recruitment process would take one to one-and-a-half years, but now it is completed in a few months.
“We have witnessed how dynastic political parties have fostered favoritism and corruption in all systems. Regarding government employment, these parties encouraged nepotism and corruption. “These dynastic parties have betrayed billions of young people,” he said, without mentioning any particular party.
Modi accused “dynastic” political groups of encouraging “nepotism and corruption” on Tuesday.
In 2014, when our government took office, transparency and the end of nepotism in the hiring process were introduced, he asserted. India is now more stable, secure, and stronger than it was a decade ago, according to the prime minister, who also asserted that decisiveness has become the defining characteristic of the Indian government.
He stated that there are new employment opportunities in both the private and public sectors, as well as opportunities for self-employment through programs such as the Mudra Yojana, Start Up India, and Stand Up India. Never before has there been such confidence in our economy. On the one hand, the pandemic caused a delay, and on the other, the conflict in Ukraine disrupted the supply chain.
“Despite all of these obstacles, India’s economy is reaching new heights,” he said. He stated that the decisions of our government have opened up millions of opportunities in the private sector. The ‘Rozgar Mela’ has become the new identity of the BJP and NDA administrations, according to Modi.
“Now that ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal’ has begun, this is a crucial time for those assuming government positions, as the new recruits have the goal of transforming India into a developed nation within the next 25 years,” said Modi. Political corruption, scheme fraud, and misuse of public funds were the hallmarks of previous administrations, he said.
“India is renowned today for its political stability. This is significant on a global scale. The Indian government is known for its decisiveness…The Indian government is known for its economic and social reforms,” he said.
