Computer issue at the Disneyland Resort delays guests from entering the parks

Guests are delayed from entering the parks due to a computer issue.

A computer system crash prevented some parkgoers from getting into the parks and using technology dependent features.

The entrance to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure were briefly affected by the crash.

Guests couldn’t park between the two parks, Magicbands wasn’t working correctly, and annual pass holders at the Disneyland Resort couldn’t Scan their tickets for food and merchandise discounts.

Disneyland parking attendants had to give out paper tickets since barcodes couldn’t be scanned.

There was a huge crowd of visitors waiting for the issue to be solved in the center promenade between Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.

Many people visit the Anaheim resort.

The issue was detected around 11:30 a.m. About an hour later the problem was solved.
